Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Motion Gear is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Motion Gear is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue.
